Changed your mind or received a faulty item? Here's how it works.
Return window
You can request a return within the window stated in our Return & Refund Policy, counted from the delivery date.
Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and documents.
How to start a return
Sign in, open My Orders, choose the order and select Return — or contact support with your order reference.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection, normally within 5–7 business days.
