1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, with tags, labels, manuals, and accessories included.
- You have proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items caused by customer handling.
- Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products, if opened or used.
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging in order to process your claim quickly.

5. Return Approval
All returns are subject to review and approval. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
- Shipping fees, delivery charges, and any cash handling fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us first so we can assist you.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
