The payment methods we accept and the conditions that apply to each.
01Accepted methods
We accept Cash on Delivery, card payments and bank transfer. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may depend on order value.
02Cash on Delivery
A COD handling fee may apply and is shown before you confirm the order. Please prepare the exact amount for the courier.
03Bank transfer
Orders paid by bank transfer are reserved for a limited number of days pending receipt of funds; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that period.
04Pricing & currency
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
