Warranty Terms
All KSEIBI tools carry a manufacturer-backed warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. These terms explain what is covered and how to claim.
01Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use for the period stated on the product page or in the product documentation, counted from the delivery date.
Consumable parts (blades, brushes, batteries beyond their rated cycles, abrasives) are excluded unless defective on arrival.
02What voids the warranty
Damage from misuse, overloading, unauthorised repair or modification, use of non-genuine accessories, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
03How to claim
Contact support with your order reference, a description of the fault and photos or video where possible. We will arrange inspection and — for valid claims — repair, replacement or refund.
