How VAT is applied to your orders and how to obtain a tax invoice.
01VAT on orders
UAE VAT at the standard rate is applied to all applicable orders. Prices at checkout show the VAT treatment clearly before you pay.
02Tax invoices
A VAT-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order and sent by email. Business customers can add their company name and TRN to the order to receive a full tax invoice suitable for input-VAT recovery.
03Corrections
If any invoice detail is wrong (company name, TRN, address), contact support within 14 days of the invoice date and we will reissue it.
