Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
01Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and complete packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
02Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, consumables, used blades and bits, custom or special-order items, and clearance products marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
03Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, in line with the manufacturer's warranty.
04How to start a return
Contact us with your order reference and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and the collection or drop-off method.
05Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund to your original payment method, usually within 7-14 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.
