01Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 1-3 business days across the UAE. Remote areas may take a little longer.
02Shipping fees
A flat delivery fee applies to standard orders and is shown at checkout. Qualifying orders above the free-shipping threshold are delivered at no charge.
03Order processing
Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
04Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
