01Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

02Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and, where applicable, include VAT. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery, card and bank transfer.

03Product information & warranty

We take care to describe products accurately, but images and specifications are for guidance and may vary slightly. Eligible products carry a manufacturer-backed warranty against defects; consumable and wear parts are excluded.

04Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe our intellectual property. All content and branding remain the property of KSEIBI and its licensors.

05Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
